Roulette Scams

An interesting look at how the offline roulette grifters attempt to scam the casino.

Watch closely as the player manages to place winning bets ‘after’ the number has spun in.

I poststed this video for your entertainment only …do NOT use these tactics in a real roulette casino!

Play American Or European Roulette?

Roulette is one of the easiest to understand at the casino, which is one of the main reasons that is so popular amongst players.

Two types of roulette table:

American Roulette

This table consists of a total of 38 numbers: 1 to 36, plus a 0 (zero) and 00 (double zero)

If you were betting on a single number you would have a 1 in 38 chance of that number spinning in.

The house edge on an American roulette table is 5.26%

European Roulette (also sometimes referred to as ‘French Roulette’)

A European roulette table is identical to an American one in every way, expect that it doesn’t have the double zero.

Again, if you were betting on a single number you would have slightly better odds of 1 in 37 chance. This means that the house edge on a European table is 2.7%.

As you can see, it really doesn’t make any sense to play on an American table if a European table is available. These days the majority of online casinos offer the game of European roulette.

So always play European roulette!

Even once you have chosen to play European roulette, there are still advantages and disadvantages between different casinos.

The roulette playing experience can vary considerably bewteen online casinos. I personally recommend Vegas Red Casino.
